A graduate of Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelors in Agricultural Business with a minor in Economic Development, Dan has several years' experience in Real Estate. Being licensed in multiple states has allowed Dan to sell Real Estate in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois throughout his career.

 

A licensed Real Estate Broker for over 15 years Dan currently owns and manages the United Country Property Solutions office in St Joseph MO. A professional auctioneer for over 15 years, Dan has conducted Real Estate consignment, estate and machinery auctions.

 

Dan graduated from Continental Auction School in Mankato, MN and was voted "Most Professional Auctioneer" by his peers.

 

Dan is certified in Real Estate Auctions, Personal auctions and Charity Auction's events. Host of Midwest Land Report Radio Show every Saturday morning at 9:00 AM on 680 KFEQ.

The concept of an auction creates a defined time to sell the property. The auction date creates a sense of urgency with buyers and will put your property in the spotlight. The marketing strategy for the sale of real estate property at auction is more customized to locate potential buyers. The auction method is an accelerated and aggressive marketing campaign. This marketing campaign becomes the driving force for a successful sale. This provides maximum visibility among those interested in the property. It is a customized marketing approach, specifically targeting qualified buyers.
 

 

TRADITIONAL LISTING

Sellers can set a price for their property they would like to reach. If the asking price does not generate adequate interest in the real estate, the price can be adjusted or other terms of the sale can be modified. The marketing strategy for the sale of real estate via traditional listing is slightly different than the auction method. This type of marketing will still generate significant interest when a property first comes on the market, but sometimes can get lost among other listings online. Our job is to keep your property in front of potential buyers online, in print advertising and other marketing avenues.
